Flood Host strives to provide the best service and support by partnering with high quality hosting providers. The following guidelines are designed to protect you (the customer), other Flood Host customers, and Flood Host from misuse of the service.

The customer refers to the person(s) or entity purchasing the service from Flood Host .

Content
All services provided by Flood Host may be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited use of the service includes, but is not limited to, hosting illegal content (copyrighted, trademarked or other intellectual property), pirated software (warez), obscene or threatening material, data in violation of United States Federal, State, or City law..

System Resources
Any server side scripts (cgi-bin, php, mysql, etc) that consume an excessive amount of CPU power and considerably degrade the service for other customers will be removed from the offending account. Any deliberate attempt to cause damage to or bring down the server will not be tolerated and may be grounds for immediate account deactivation. There will be no refunds for such malicious behavior.

Billing
The customer agrees to pay in advance for all services used. In the event that the customer exceeds the allotted month bandwidth, the customer will be billed for the excess amount. Excess bandwidth is billed in increments of 10 megabytes. Personal plans are charged $0.07 per 10 MB, corporate plans are charged $0.06 per 10 MB. For example, if you have 500 MB of allotted bandwidth per month and use 607 MB for the month, you will be charged for the 107 MB of excess: 10 * $0.07 or a total of $0.70 for the excess. We will bill you when your account balance exceeds $10. If payment is not received within 5 days, or excess bandwidth exceeds 20% of your allotted month usage your account will be suspended until payment is received. Accounts that have been suspended for 30 days are subject to deactivation without refund.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with the service you may ask for a refund within 15-days of account activation. The customer will not be entitled to a full or pro-rata refund after this period.

Privacy
Flood Host will not disclose any customer information. Your contact information will only be used in regards to the customer's current hosting agreement with us. Once the customer terminates service, Flood Host will remove your information from it's database.

Fraud
In order to decrease credit card fraud, we will log all IP Addresses of users that sign up for our service. Our credit card partner, 2CheckOut.com, will verify the credit card and may contact you to confirm the transaction. This is done to product you from others wishing to illegally obtain service with stolen credit card numbers.

Warranty / Limitation of Liability
The customer agrees that Flood Host provides no warranties, express or implied, and will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of income that may result from using our services.
